Standard Operating Procedures (SOP):

  1. Google search the topic to look for other blogs or articles from other websites to see how they write the content.

  2. Open 3 blogs that are related to the topic that you have chosen.

  3. Use Word Counter to count the words count of 3 of the blogs from other websites.

  4. Count the average word for these 3 blogs.

  5. Generate blog content by using Copymatic.

  6. Blog consists of several parts:

    1. Overview

    2. Introduction

    3. Content

    4. Conclusion

    5. Table of pros and cons

    6. FAQ

  7. Blog must have some interlinks that link to the other website or iMBrace other blogs.

  8. Proofread the content to avoid sensitive topics mentioned in the blog.

  9. Check grammar by using Grammarly.

  10. Use Chat GPT for extra assistance such as rephrasing text.

  11. Translate blog in Chinese (Traditional).

  12. Keep all the documents (graphics, blog content, translation) in Google Drive.

Standard Operating Procedures (SOP):

  1. Use Yandex to search for photos that can be used for blog cover.

  2. Design the blog cover by adding elements related to the blog topic.

  3. Use StorySet to search for two subgraphics for the blog content.

  4. Use Flaticon to search for icons or logos needed during design.

  5. Keep all the documents (graphics, blog content, translation) in Google Drive.

Notes:

Please do not use photos that contain male with a beard as the target audiences were Asian and white people.


5.0 Blog Website Posting

Standard Operating Procedures (SOP):

  1. Login to staging wordpress.

  2. Go to [Posts] > [Add New]

  3. Add Title

  4. Choose Author

  5. Set Featured Image

  6. Add Tags (if applicable)

  7. Add focus keyphrase

  8. Add SEO title

  9. Add META description

  10. [Save draft] > [Edit with Elementor]

  11. Copy the blog template from previous blog

  12. Edit the blog content following the format:

Blog content format:

  1. Overview’s content: (change the content inside <blockquote>”Your content”</blockquote>)

  2. Spacing: - For the spacing between text and graphic will be 20px bottom padding - For each section will be 80px bottom padding

  3. Text embedded with a link: <a href="Your link" target="_blank" style="text-decoration: underline; color: #156DF2;">Your text</a>

  4. List: <ul> <li> Your content </li> <li> Your content </li> </ul>

  1. Edit the content in the table of pros and cons

  2. Edit the content in FAQ section

  3. Check format in Responsive Mode (Tablet & Mobile)

  4. Publish

  5. Repeat Step 2 to Step 10 in production wordpress.

  6. Copy the blog template from staging wordpress, paste in production wordpress

  7. Publish

  8. Add Chinese translation

  9. Click [Edit] in the the blog published just now

  10. Under [Slug] section, copy the text.

  11. Back to wordpress dashboard and Change wordpress language to Chinese

  12. Click [Edit] of the blog published just now

  13. Under [Slug] section, replace the text with the text copied just now

  14. Click [Update]

  15. Repeat Step 21 to Step 26 in staging wordpress

Standard Operating Procedures (SOP):

  1. Login to your WordPress dashboard

  2. Go to [Plugins] > [Add New]

  3. Search “Yoast SEO” > [Install Now]

  4. Set up the plugin

  5. Start to insert SEO keyword, meta description and so on


8.0 Google Analytics

  • This software is to track the user traffic and more data of your website, hence analyze your website status with those data.

Standard Operating Procedures (SOP):

  1. Sign in Google Analytics account

  2. Click [Start measuring] (First user)

  3. Enter the “My New Account Name” and press [Next]

  4. Enter “Property name”, set “Reporting time zone”, and “Currency” – Press [Next]

  5. Set up “Industry category” and “Business size” – Press [Next]

  6. You can select the top four functions or obtain baseline reports (Recommend), depending on your business needs – Press [Create]

  7. Click [I Accept]

  8. You need to provide the business website link and set up the stream name – Press [Create stream]

  9. Login to your WordPress dashboard

  10. Go to [Plugins] > [Add New]

  11. Search “Site Kit by Google” > [Install Now]

  • This tool is to inspect the website SEO ranking and mark. It provided website issue checking as well.

Standard Operating Procedures (SOP):

  1. Go to search “Screaming Frog” in your browser

  2. Install it

  3. Enter your Website URL and click the [Crawl] button (Free for 500URL)

9.2 Website Performance Checker

  • This website is to check your website status and performance like how GTmetrix does. But this website allows you to have a look at what's the issue that drags your performance. It also provides some hints or solutions in order to solve the issues.

  1. Go to both of the websites.

  2. Enter your Website URL.

  3. Wait for the result.
