SETUP PHASE

XIAO HONG SHU Personal Account

STEP 1 : Use Wechat/Phone Number to create an XHS account.

STEP 2 : Enter necessary information.

Purpose: For sharing company information and interacting with audiences.

XIAO HONG SHU Business Account

STEP 1 : Go to the XHS brand account register website.

STEP 2 : Create an XHS business account using a phone number.

STEP 3 : Apply for Brand Account Verification

(Upload verification document → Proceed verification fee *600 Yuan* per year to get the “blue v”certification → Wait for verification)

STEP 4 : Fill in the account information.

STEP 5 : Key in the main information.

(Choose business type *China/HK/Oversea*, Business License, Enterprise name)

STEP 6 : Print out the document that provided by XHS

(Fill in the form → Scan and upload *MUST*)

STEP 7 : Upload the trademark/logo of the company.

STEP 8 : Fill in the person in charge information.

STEP 9 : Agree T&C.

STEP 10: Make sure all documents are correct before clicking to upload.

Purpose: All events/promotion will be displayed and announced on this page.

STEP 1: Sign up for XHS via company email.

STEP 2: Fill in registration information (Once these steps are complete, XHS will analyze your registration application and process it)

STEP 3: Sign the agreement online and the paper version.

Purpose: To showcase company’s products and sales transactions will be made in this page.

  2. Adjust ad budgets, targeting parameters based on performance data.

A/B Testing
