SETUP PHASE

Purpose: For setting as ‘admin’ for the business page.

Instagram Business Page

Purpose: All events/promotion will be displayed and announced on this page.

  4. Create (Access) Instagram Account

  5. Create (Access) Instagram Business Page

  6. Install Instagram Meta Pixel

PLANNING PHASE

Content Calendar

Purpose: To schedule all content to be posted within a campaign period/normally.

How many posts will be posted per month?

It is recommended to create 5 targeted postings/month to achieve the best performance

(Posting should be consistent)

The period is depending on the type of project, generally it will be around 3 months.

  1. Track performance using Instagram Ads Manager.

  2. Adjust ad budgets, targeting parameters based on performance data.

A/B Testing

  1. Test different ads elements, including visual poster, copy and audience target.

  2. Observe the reach, engagements, conversion rates and return on ad spend (ROAS)
