General Overview Report
This report will be observing the website’s overall performance including the amount of user visiting, demographic information, geographical information etc.
This information can be included in this report as it covers the general information that one needs to know. All these are accessible on the homepage of the Google Analytic dashboard.
User Path Report
This report is to observe the activity path of each user while browsing the website, it is mainly to understand the user's browsing pattern and their drop-off point.
SOP For Setting Up Report
STEP-1: Access ‘Explore’ on the navigation panel on the left.
STEP-2: Select ‘Path Exploration’ template.
STEP-3: Define the data that is to be collected and choose from ‘Metrics’
STEP-4: Double-click or Drag-&-Drop to the ‘Values’ section in Settings.
STEP-5: Select ‘Start again’
STEP-6: Double Click or Drag-&-Drop the ‘Node Type’ to the ‘Starting Point’
STEP-Final: Click the following ‘Step+1’ to extend more paths

Bounce Rate Report
This report is to understand how well does the user interact with the website in terms of the duration stayed in the website.
SOP For Setting Up Report
STEP-1: Access ‘Explore’ on the navigation panel on the left.
STEP-2: Select ‘Blank’ template.
STEP-3: Select ‘Metrics’
STEP-4: Search for ‘Bounce Rate’ in the search bar and select it, then import.
STEP-5: Select ‘Dimensions’
STEP-6: Search for ‘Page title’ in the search bar and select one that is applicable, then import.
STEP-7: Drag-&-Drop the ‘Page Title’ from Dimensions to Rows.
STEP-8: Drag-&-Drop the ‘Bounce Rate’ from Metrics to Values.
